This fee covers triage and expert review time. If we determine that we cannot safely recommend our programme for your case, we will refund this fee within a reasonable period to the original payment mode where technically possible, or via bank transfer where not.
Once personalised kits are compounded or dispatched, refunds may be limited except where required by law or where a written money-back programme applies and its documented conditions are met.
If you cancel before dispatch and no personalised preparation has started, we may offer a full or partial refund minus payment gateway charges that are non-recoverable for us.
Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated misuse of promotional codes may lead to account restriction and legal follow-up.
