When you book an appointment, place an order or send feedback we may collect your name, phone number, email (optional), health-related descriptions you choose to share, payment references (UPI / Cashfree transaction identifiers where applicable), IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and analytics.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange expert clinical review, dispatch products, improve our service, comply with law and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed according to Meta’s policies as well as ours. Do not send sensitive medical images unless our team requests them on a documented channel.
Card/UPI data is processed by regulated payment partners (e.g. Cashfree). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We retain order and consultation records for the period required for legal, tax and clinical traceability, then archive or delete in line with internal policy.
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable under Indian law. Write to our email with subject “Privacy request”.
