What “money-back” can mean

Some programmes may advertise a satisfaction window. Any money-back promise applies only when (a) you followed the prescribed protocol, diet and follow-up calls, (b) objective criteria agreed at enrolment were not met, and (c) you requested review within the stated time.

What is excluded

Emergency complications, undisclosed diseases, allergy to disclosed ingredients, non-adherence, or unrealistic expectations (“instant cure”) are outside standard assurance.

Process

Email or WhatsApp our support line with your order reference, brief symptom diary and (if requested) photos or lab reports. Our medical panel reviews and responds with approve / partial credit / decline with reasons.
